Every artwork or piece acquired from Yiile, whether physical or digital, is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity attesting to its origin, uniqueness, and authorship. This document forms an integral part of the work’s artistic and financial value and should be kept carefully by the collector.

Yiile retains all intellectual property rights in her creations, including but not limited to copyright, image rights, reproduction rights, and all associated moral rights, irrespective of the transfer of physical or digital ownership. The acquisition of an artwork, NFT, or any digital piece does not grant the collector any commercial exploitation rights over the image or concept.

Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, merchandising, branding, advertising, or derivative use of Yiile’s creations, whether physical, digital, or tokenized as NFTs, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the artist. This includes, for example, using the artwork as a logo, on products, in campaigns, or within any monetized context.

This policy explicitly applies to NFTs and all digital acquisitions: ownership of the NFT or digital file confers the right to possess and display the work for personal enjoyment only, not the right to reproduce, license, or commercially exploit the underlying artwork. Any broader use must be subject to a separate licensing or rights transfer agreement.

Any unauthorized use of Yiile’s work constitutes an infringement of her intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action, including the intervention of legal counsel and the pursuit of damages and other remedies available under applicable law. By not respecting these rules, the infringing party accepts the risk of formal legal proceedings and associated costs.

Collectors or partners wishing to acquire or license copyright, image rights, or specific commercial usage rights must submit a formal request to welcome@vanessayiile.com. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to negotiated terms, licensing fees, and a dedicated contract.
