  • Responding to your requests sent via the contact form (information about an artwork, a photography service, a collaboration, an NFT‑related project, etc.).

  • Managing exchanges and relationships with collectors, clients and partners (follow‑up, arranging meetings, preparing quotes).

  • Sending you a newsletter via Brevo, when you subscribe to it, to inform you about new artworks, exhibitions, projects, news and inspiring content related to my work.

  • Measuring website traffic and analysing browsing behaviour in order to improve the content and user experience (via Google Analytics or equivalent).

  • Running communication and targeted advertising campaigns on social networks, in particular via the Meta pixel (Facebook/Instagram), subject to your consent to the relevant cookies.

Processing is based either on your consent (contact form, newsletter, marketing and analytics cookies), or on the performance of pre‑contractual measures (exchanges in view of a project), or on the legitimate interest of developing the artistic activity and securing the website.entreprendre.

  • Newsletter (Brevo): your data is kept as long as you do not unsubscribe, or up to 3 years after your last interaction (for example, last e‑mail open or click), and is then archived or deleted.

  • Cookies and browsing data: audience measurement and browsing cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months, in line with CNIL recommendations.

Some data may be kept for a longer period where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
